Observe & Empower: Measure and Sustain

In the final phase, awareness becomes measurable.
All data from the OCAI and CULATHON sessions is brought together into a single Cultural Readiness Scorecard. This scorecard helps you see how well your people understand, support, and act according to the desired culture.

We summarise the results by team and department, highlighting areas of strength and those needing further attention.

Together with your leadership team, we set a Readiness Threshold (for example, 80%); the level that signals your organisation is ready to move toward larger structural changes, such as redesigning systems, performance processes, or leadership models.

We also provide recommendations for maintaining cultural momentum over time.

Regular tracking and feedback loops have been proven to sustain positive change and prevent regression (Kotter, 2012; Burke, 2017).

By the end of this phase, your organisation not only understands its culture; it can measure and manage it confidently.
